invi Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 24, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to set forth the conditions and procedures for use of the AI-based moving poster creation service "invi" (the "Service") provided by Motius Inc. (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its members.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Member" means a person who uses the Service by logging in through an external account such as Google, Naver, or Kakao.
- "Service" means all features provided by the Company, including moving poster creation, downloads, and related functions.
- "Content" means photos and text uploaded by members, as well as videos, images, thumbnails, and other materials generated through the Service.
- "Paid Services" means features available through payment, such as moving poster downloads and provision of high-quality videos.
- "Service Agreement" means the service use agreement entered into between the Company and a member upon agreement to these Terms.
Article 3 (Rules Other Than These Terms)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations, the Company's Privacy Policy, and operating policies.
Article 4 (Formation of the Service Agreement)
- A Service Agreement is formed when a user completes membership registration through social login.
- Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms upon membership registration.
- The Company may request identity verification or additional information when necessary.
Article 5 (Use of the Service)
- Members may use the Service to create moving posters.
- Generated results may be downloaded or shared in accordance with service policies.
- The Company may change, add, or remove features to improve service quality.
Article 6 (Member Obligations)
Members must not engage in the following acts.
- Misappropriating another person's personal information or account
- Registering false information
- Uploading illegal content
- Infringing upon another person's copyright, trademark, or other rights
- Posting obscene material, hate speech, or illegal information
- Interfering with service operation
- Any other act that violates applicable laws and regulations
All responsibility arising from a member's violation shall rest with the member.
Article 7 (Company Obligations)
- The Company strives to provide stable service.
- The Company protects personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- The Company handles member inquiries and complaints in good faith.
Article 8 (Provision and Modification of the Service)
- In principle, the Service is provided 24 hours a day, year-round.
- Service provision may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, failures, or other reasons.
- The Company may modify certain features when necessary for service operation.
Article 9 (Content Retention and Deletion Policy)
Uploaded Original Files
Original image files uploaded by members are automatically deleted 30 days after moving poster creation is completed.
Generated Video Files
Rendered video files are automatically deleted 6 months after the date of creation.
Thumbnail Files
Generated thumbnail images are automatically deleted 6 months after the date of creation.
Membership Withdrawal
Upon membership withdrawal, related content may be deleted or de-identified in accordance with Company policy.
Article 10 (Paid Services)
- The Company may provide Paid Services.
- Prices for Paid Services follow the amounts displayed on the service screen.
- The Company may change its pricing policy when necessary and will provide advance notice of such changes.
Article 11 (Payment)
- Domestic payments are processed through Toss Payments.
- International payments are processed through Toss Payments.
- Terms of use for each payment method follow the policies of the applicable payment service provider.
- For international payments, the actual billed amount may differ due to exchange rates, card issuer policies, and other factors.
Article 12 (Withdrawal of Offer and Refunds)
Withdrawal of Offer
Members may request withdrawal of offer within the scope prescribed by applicable laws and regulations.
Refund Criteria
Full refunds are available in the following cases.
- Download is unavailable after payment
- Rendering fails due to a system error on the part of the Company
- Generated files are corrupted and cannot be played normally
- Significant degradation in quality occurs due to technical issues on the part of the Company
- Other cases in which the Company determines a refund is necessary
Refund Restrictions
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are restricted in the following cases.
- Download has been completed
- High-quality video has been provided normally
- Simple change of mind by the member
- Quality issues in the result attributable to the quality of images uploaded by the member
- Issues caused by the member's device or network environment
However, exceptions apply where the Company is at fault.
Re-provision
If a technical defect occurs, the Company may regenerate or re-provide the same content instead of issuing a refund.
Article 13 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Service and templates belong to the Company.
- Rights in photos, text, and other materials uploaded by members belong to the members.
- Members must hold lawful rights to the content they upload.
Article 14 (User-Generated Content)
- Members must not infringe upon the rights of third parties when uploading content.
- The Company does not guarantee the legality of content uploaded by members.
- If a report of rights infringement is received, the Company may delete or restrict the relevant content.
Article 15 (AI-Generated Content)
- The Company may provide content generation features using AI or automated technology.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of generated results.
- Members must review generated results before use.
Article 16 (Restriction of Service Use)
The Company may restrict a member's use of the Service or terminate the agreement in the following cases.
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal acts
- Interference with service operation
- Infringement of another person's rights
- Repeated abuse of refund requests
Article 17 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, server failures, or communication failures.
- The Company does not intervene in disputes between members or between members and third parties.
- The Company is not responsible for issues arising from content uploaded by members.
Article 18 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
In the event of a dispute related to use of the Service, the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act shall serve as the court of first instance.
Article 19 (Amendments to These Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms when applicable laws or service policies change.
In the event of material changes, the Company will provide notice through in-service announcements at least 7 days before the effective date (at least 30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to members).
